RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead capital raising efforts across the Midwest region, driving new business and represent the company’s strategies throughout several vehicles
- Drive and support leadership on the investment stories and provide feedback on investor’s need
- Refine and oversight of marketing efforts including decks, DDQs, Q&A documents
- Develop and maintain engagement from Senior management to partners and stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ Years of capital raising or institutional sales experience with real estate, PE or related investment alternative
- Proven success managing a region and raising capital with institutional investors
- Deep network of consultants, institutional and private wealth relationships
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree in finance, real estate, or econ preferred
