LHH is partnering with a financial institution that provides liquidity to real estate investors in search of a Vice President, Equity Capital Markets for their New York office. This role will cover the Midwest and has a focus on leadership over secondary investment transactions on current assets. You will be apart of the Senior Leadership team where you will raise capital, develop and nurture investor relationships across existing and new markets. This is a direct hire job that offers a salary paying between $190K - $225K + discretionary annual bonus. Here are more details about this job:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead capital raising efforts across the Midwest region, driving new business and represent the company’s strategies throughout several vehicles
Drive and support leadership on the investment stories and provide feedback on investor’s need
Refine and oversight of marketing efforts including decks, DDQs, Q&A documents
Develop and maintain engagement from Senior management to partners and stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

10+ Years of capital raising or institutional sales experience with real estate, PE or related investment alternative
Proven success managing a region and raising capital with institutional investors
Deep network of consultants, institutional and private wealth relationships
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree in finance, real estate, or econ preferred
