Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about HR? Join our client in Norcross, Ga as a Human Resources Specialist and play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a positive employee experience.
You’ll manage a variety of HR functions—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance—while collaborating with teams across the organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and value confidentiality, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Support HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, and record management.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate recruitment activities: post jobs, schedule interviews, and onboard new hires.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee inquiries and connect them with the right resources.
Partner with departments to ensure smooth communication and HR workflows.
Help organize HR events and training programs.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
2–3 years of HR administrative experience or equivalent education/training.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience is a plus.
