Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about HR? Join our client in Norcross, Ga as a Human Resources Specialist and play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a positive employee experience.

You’ll manage a variety of HR functions—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance—while collaborating with teams across the organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and value confidentiality, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Support HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, and record management.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities: post jobs, schedule interviews, and onboard new hires.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and connect them with the right resources.

  • Partner with departments to ensure smooth communication and HR workflows.

  • Help organize HR events and training programs.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

  • 2–3 years of HR administrative experience or equivalent education/training.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience is a plus.
