LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a high level Payroll/HR Analyst, with ADP Workforce Now, for a contract opportunity, working in the office for a company on the Southside of Richmond, Virginia.
Duties include consulting and advising company on ADP Workforce Now implementation including modules, how payroll ties into human resources, develop and manage the tool from beginning to end, workflow with onboarding and offboarding employees, biweekly payroll for close to 100 employees, multi-state, once payroll is finished running reports and look at files on where are them importing and how payroll ties into journal entries, train others on modules, reports, etc., and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of payroll and human resources experience
• Advanced ADP Workforce Now experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Able to work in a team environment, as well as independently, professional and organized
Contract Pay: $35 to $45 an hour
