Accounts Payable Analyst
Northville, MI | Direct Hire | Hybrid (after training)
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 + Bonus Potential
LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a global manufacturing client located in Northville, MI that is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a collaborative environment, long-term stability, and strong benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and posting
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements
Partner with internal departments and external vendors to address AP inquiries
Assist with month-end close activities related to A/P
Support process improvements and efficiencies within the AP function
Qualifications:
3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment
Strong understanding of AP processes, including invoice matching and reconciliations
ERP system experience required; strong Excel skills preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
