Accounts Payable Analyst

Northville, MI | Direct Hire | Hybrid (after training)
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 + Bonus Potential

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a global manufacturing client located in Northville, MI that is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a collaborative environment, long-term stability, and strong benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and posting

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements

  • Partner with internal departments and external vendors to address AP inquiries

  • Assist with month-end close activities related to A/P

  • Support process improvements and efficiencies within the AP function

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment

  • Strong understanding of AP processes, including invoice matching and reconciliations

  • ERP system experience required; strong Excel skills preferred

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
