Real Estate Legal Assistant
Location: Oakland, CA
Salary and Benefits: $90K–$110K per year DOE, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Hybrid (2 Days Onsite after 90 Days)
LHH is working with a national firm in seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Legal Assistant to support our legal team in managing complex real estate transactions. This role requires strong knowledge of real estate law and exceptional administrative skills to ensure smooth deal execution and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Organize and assemble real estate deals and closing documents for binders/e-binders.
Prepare, index, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and transaction files.
Research, draft, and edit various real estate documents, including purchase and sale contracts, leases, sales documents, letters of intent, exhibits, closing documents
Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients throughout the transaction process.
Ensure confidentiality of all legal documents and firm matters.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate law within a legal assistant or similar role.
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and related documentation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
