Job Title: Temporary Recruiter (3-4 Month) Location: Hybrid (Mostly Remote with Onsite Meetings & Hiring Events in Oceanport, New Jersey) Pay Rate: $30 - $40/hr


Position Overview:

An experienced Recruiter is needed to provide temporary coverage for a team member. This position will support recruitment for corporate departments, including Finance, Supply Chain, and select Pharmacy roles. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, source candidates, manage the hiring process from start to finish, and foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This is a 3-4 month temporary position, with an immediate start in December.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various corporate and semi-clinical positions.


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including application, interviewing, and offer extension.


  • Execute recruitment strategies to build a strong, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles.


  • Establish productive relationships with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and prioritize positions.


  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS to manage candidate data and communications.


  • Maintain a high level of communication with internal stakeholders and candidates, providing a seamless and professional experience.


  • Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events, open houses, and interviews.


  • Ensure that recruitment goals and deadlines are met, prioritizing urgent and high-priority positions.


  • Occasionally travel to onsite locations or external venues to attend meetings, training sessions, and hiring events.


Qualifications: Required:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, or a related field.


  • 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, with a focus on corporate roles.


  • Proven ability to independently source and recruit candidates, including leveraging modern tools and social media strategies.


  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers and build trust with candidates.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and urgency.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour Search managed by: Riley Grubbs
