Job Title: Scheduler (Temp to Hire)

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Rate: Up to $24/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching and setting appointments for pickups and deliveries, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for pickups and deliveries.

  • Dispatch drivers and communicate with them to confirm availability and schedule changes.

  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, appointments, and delivery logs.

  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as necessary.

  • Ensure timely communication of schedule changes to all relevant parties.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Previous experience in dispatching or a scheduling role is preferred.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
