LHH is partnering with our valued client who is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee a high-volume, culturally rich restaurant concept. This individual will lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and foster an engaging team culture while ensuring a premium guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and team performance.

• Manage labor and food costs, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations.

• Develop and coach team members for growth and retention.

• Collaborate on marketing efforts, community partnerships, and brand-building events.

• Maintain POS and ticketing systems, ensure smooth kitchen-to-FOH communication.

• Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Experience:

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant

• Proven ability to manage 40+ team members across FOH/BOH

• Financial acumen with experience managing P&L, EBITDA, Cost of Goods, and labor

Schedule: Full-Time, evenings/weekends required

Salary Range: $80,000$-90,000 annually + bonus
