Title: Program Manager- Learning and Development

Contract to Hire- 18months

Fully remote

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering change initiatives according to a defined framework, contributing to strategic decisions, and driving the execution of change with a focus on outcomes. Establishing strong governance, managing and tracking program changes, influencing stakeholders, and managing finances and resources are also key aspects.

  • Execute strategic change agendas, ensuring change delivery according to best practices and methodologies, establishing strong governance, and fostering a culture of high performance.

Supporting Skills & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans including impact assessments, risk identification, and mitigation.

  • Ensure governance and compliance: Adhering to frameworks, policies, and procedures, and establishing robust governance structures.

  • Lead and support change initiatives: Guiding teams and ensuring adoption.

  • Communicate effectively: Developing communication plans and engaging stakeholders.

  • Manage stakeholders: Identifying and building relationships with key individuals.

  • Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness: Tracking progress and making adjustments.

  • Drive continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities and embedding change in culture.

  • Strategic thinking and leadership :Aligning initiatives with goals and advising senior leadership.



Pay Details: $1.00 per hour
