Position Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Overland Park, KS | Fully Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire| up to $55,000 annually

Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client in Overland Park, KS who is seeking an Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a professional and organized work environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and provides essential support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.

· Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with travel arrangements.

· Office Operations: Order and maintain office supplies, coordinate equipment repairs, and ensure common areas are tidy and functional.

· Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for office services such as cleaning, maintenance, and supplies.

· Document Management: Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and handle confidential information with discretion.

· Event Support: Assist in planning and organizing company meetings, events, and team activities.

Qualifications:

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

· Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative or office support role.

· Skills:

o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
