LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring Leasing Agents in Palo Alto. The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum of 1 year of residential management experience and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families find their ideal home within our affordable housing properties. You will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring that all prospective residents receive exceptional service and assistance throughout their journey.
Core Duties
Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
Provide detailed information about rental properties, amenities, and community services.
Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and verify income eligibility.
Collaborate with property management team members to ensure timely leasing and move-in processes.
Assist residents with lease renewals, maintenance requests, and other inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applicant profiles, and resident communications.
Support marketing initiatives to attract prospective residents and promote property vacancies
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience in leasing, property management, or real estate preferred.
Knowledge of affordable housing programs, regulations, and eligibility criteria.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
