Call Center Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare company in Phoenix This organization is in search of a full time call center representative to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday, fully onsite, with a requirement that you be flexible on hours.

As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams. You’ll assist with scheduling, insurance inquiries, general information, and resolving issues efficiently — all while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from patients, providers, and partners in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and general inquiries
  • Document call details accurately in the system
  • Handle high call volumes while maintaining quality and empathy
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve patient or provider concerns
  • Follow all HIPAA and company privacy policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a healthcare call center or medical office strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in Phoenix
  • Must be flexible with shift start and end times (within regular weekday hours)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
