Location: Chandler, AZ
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $35+ per hour (DOE)


About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a tactical HR role with a strong recruiting component, offering exposure to compliance processes and HR systems.


What You’ll Do

  • Recruiting Support:
    • Serve as a trusted HR partner to supervisors and employees.
    • Support talent management initiatives and performance processes.
    • Lead recruiting efforts for local direct labor positions.
    • Educate supervisors on policy application and compliance.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
    • Collaborate with centralized HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews across time zones; handle travel and calendar logistics.
  • Offer Management: Review offers, ensure fields are complete, route for approval, send via DocuSign, and process signed offers into systems.
  • Pre-Boarding & Onboarding: Manage new hire paperwork, system entry, and workflow communications.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Conduct background checks, verify references, and maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS.
  • Stakeholder Support: Act as liaison for hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
  • System Expertise: Utilize Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Eight-Fold, and ServiceNow.
  • Reporting: Compile talent acquisition metrics and assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Help managers open requisitions and handle special projects.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Prior HR experience in recruiting support
  • Recruiting experience for direct labor roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and engaging in management stand-ups.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and MS Office.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of ATF and ITAR compliance.
  • Power Automate experience.

Schedule & Culture

  • Hours: Mon–Thu (9 hours), Fri (4 hours).
  • Flexible start after conversion (6:30 AM or 7:00 AM).
  • Casual dress code (jeans, sneakers).
