Client Services Representative – Insurance Industry
Location: Onsite | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Support clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage updates
- Accurately process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Stay current on insurance products and industry trends
- Partner with account managers and underwriters to resolve client issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in insurance or customer service (insurance preferred)
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License strongly preferred—or willingness to obtain within 4 months
- Experience in account management is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
