Legal Assistant

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a law firm in East Phoenix who is in search of a legal admin to join their team! This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. To be considered, you will have 3 years of legal industry experience, litigation preferred. The range of salary is between $55k-$70k DOE.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to litigation attorneys
- Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
- File documents with state and federal courts (e-filing and in-person as needed)
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, court dates, and client appointments
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
- Coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation, discovery, and document production
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of legal administrative or legal assistant experience (litigation required)
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology
- Experience with e-filing in Arizona courts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal case management systems
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Reliable, professional, and able to work fully onsite
