Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
We are partnering with a growing construction company in Phoenix seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative team. The schedule is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and the hourly rate is between $22/hr-$24/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office and project teams
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and paper)
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and reporting
- Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic accounting tasks
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Help ensure office operations run smoothly day-to-day
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (construction industry a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
