Office Clerk – Team Support
Tempe, AZ | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM$21–$24/hour | Fully Onsite
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established insurance company in Tempe that’s looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join their team. If you enjoy keeping things organized, supporting a busy office, and being the go-to person for day-to-day operations, this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
- Answer phones, handle incoming mail, and manage email communications
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and keep calendars up to date
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with data entry, document prep, and internal communications
- Help keep the office running smoothly by ordering supplies and maintaining the breakroom
- Jump in to support the team with other tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, formatting, data entry)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Dependable, professional, and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Some college coursework is a plus
