* HR Generalist / Payroll, Phoenix, AZ *
*Will be promoted in a year to either a HR Generalist or higher-level Accounting & Finance position*
- We are partnering with a high‑growth, private equity–backed healthcare organization that has experienced 200% year‑over‑year growth through acquisitions.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional who wants hands‑on payroll exposure in a complex, multi‑entity environment and a clear path for advancement into Payroll leadership, Accounting, or HR as the company continues to scale.
- This role offers C‑suite exposure from day one, meaningful ownership of payroll processes, and the chance to help build scalable systems in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- Process bi‑weekly payroll for multiple legal entities across several states (environment will continue to grow)
- Administer payroll‑related benefits, including HSA contributions, reimbursements, garnishments, and 401(k)
- Track and process employee compensation changes, role updates, and provider bonus structures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll questions and employee inquiries
