Overview

We are seeking a Junior IT Help Desk Technician with 2+ years of IT support experience to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in IT while supporting a fast-paced environment with direct end-user interaction.

This position is contract to hire and Onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with computer imaging and deployment (shipping included)

  • Support cell phone preparation and deployment

  • Respond to incidents through ticketing system and Service Desk calls

  • Provide basic troubleshooting for printers, hardware, and software

  • Handle walk-in support requests from employees and clients

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of IT help desk/technical support experience (preferred)

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and troubleshooting processes

  • Large company support background a plus

  • Manufacturing/distribution industry experience preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills



Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
