Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. IT Help Desk Technician with a minimum of 5 years of IT support experience in enterprise environments. This role requires strong hands-on technical support skills, the ability to resolve walk-in requests, and excellent customer service in a business-facing role.
This position is Onsite, contract to hire position.
Responsibilities
Perform computer imaging and deployment, including shipping/receiving hardware
Prepare and deploy cell phones for end users (shipping as needed)
Respond to incidents via ticketing system and Service Desk phone calls
Troubleshoot printers, workstations, and peripherals
Provide onsite walk-in support for staff and clients
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve issues quickly
Qualifications
5+ years of IT help desk/technical support experience
Large company or enterprise IT support background preferred
Experience with ticketing systems and incident response
Strong knowledge of computer imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting
Manufacturing or distribution industry experience a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
