Job Title: HRIS Specialist (Temporary)
Location: Plainview, NY (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $30–$45/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full‑time, onsite
Assignment Type: Temporary
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist for a temporary, full‑time onsite role in the Plainview, NY area. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supporting HR systems, with a strong preference for Workforce Management tools such as Kronos and/or UKG Pro. This role will support day‑to‑day HRIS operations, data integrity, reporting, and system troubleshooting while partnering closely with HR and payroll teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain HRIS platforms, with a focus on Workforce Management systems (Kronos and/or UKG Pro)
Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems
Assist with system updates, audits, reporting, and troubleshooting
Partner with HR, payroll, and management to support timekeeping, attendance, and workforce data needs
Respond to HRIS‑related inquiries and provide system support to internal users
Document processes and assist with system improvements as needed
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in an HRIS Specialist or similar HR systems role
Hands‑on experience with Workforce Management (Kronos) and/or UKG Pro strongly preferred
Prior experience working in a similar or related HRIS/HR operations role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive employee data
Ability to work full time onsite in Plainview, NY
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Compensation:
$30–$45 per hour, depending on experience
Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
