HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who brings a strong balance of employee relations expertise, leadership coaching, and business-focused HR strategy. This role partners closely with leadership to support people initiatives that align with organizational goals while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

The ideal candidate would have a Bachelors degree, 3+ years of HR Management, and 7+ years of progressive HR experience. This role is 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns

  • Coach and guide leaders on people management, team effectiveness, and organizational development

  • Design, implement, and support training and development programs that build leadership capability and employee engagement

  • Translate business objectives into practical HR solutions, ensuring alignment between people strategy and operational needs

  • Lead and support core HR processes including talent development, employee engagement initiatives, and change management

  • Ensure HR practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership role

  • Strong background in employee relations with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations

  • Demonstrated success in leadership coaching and development

  • Solid business acumen with the ability to understand operational priorities and influence outcomes

  • Deep working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and people strategy

  • Confident communicator who can build credibility at all levels of the organization



Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
