Key Responsibilities
Handle interview scheduling, calendar coordination, and candidate communication.
Serve as the main contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
Support onsite and virtual interviews, including day‑of logistics.
Prepare interview materials, reports, and follow‑up documentation.
Maintain confidential candidate information with professionalism.
Coordinate travel arrangements and partner communication.
Represent the company brand and provide strong candidate care.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
3+ years of relevant experience.
Job Details
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Employment Type: long term contract (2 years)
Location: Plano, TX 75024
Pay: $22-25/hr.+
