Human Resources Assistant – Contract-to-Hire | Plymouth, MI

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a global manufacturing client in Plymouth, MI, in their search for a Human Resources Assistant. This is a fully on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

  • Location: Plymouth, MI (Fully On-Site)

  • Type: Contract-to-Hire

  • Compensation: $24 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department

  • Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation

  • Support recruitment activities and coordinate interviews

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR processes

  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • HR internship or 1–2 years of HR experience required

  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is a must

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
