Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Location: Hybrid – Portland, OR
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission


About the Role:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist with a strong background in B2B sales and the staffing industry. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in our Portland office, while playing a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close new business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a consultative or solution-based selling environment.
  • Prior experience in the staffing industry is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
