Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Hybrid – SE Portland, OR
Schedule: Part-time, 5–10 hours per week (flexible schedule - great for extra hours on top of current position or school)
Type: 6-week contract with potential for extension or permanent hire
Pay: $18–$23/hour DOE



About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to support our client's bookkeeping and reporting functions. This is a great opportunity for someone with an administrative or data entry background who is eager to learn more about bookkeeping and financial operations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile financial records and assist with maintaining accurate books

  • Pull and organize reports from various systems

  • Assist in preparing profit and loss statements

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure timely entry of financial information

  • Collaborate with team members to support ongoing financial tracking and reporting




Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support

  • Interest in learning bookkeeping and financial reporting

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and basic spreadsheet functions

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively



Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
