Strategic Insights & Executive Support

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

  • Deliver data-backed recommendations grounded in healthcare and insurance industry knowledge

  • Identify opportunities to reduce IDR volume, costs, and adverse outcomes through proactive, data-driven analysis

  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership, program management, and cross-functional teams

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Appeals teams to understand IDR case dynamics and data requirements

  • Align reporting and metrics with Program Management goals and regulatory expectations

  • Support executive decision-making through ad hoc analysis and strategic reporting

  • Educate stakeholders on IDR trends, metrics, and their implications for the health plan

Documentation, Quality & Project Management

  • Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes

  • Adhere to established quality assurance standards and analytical best practices

  • Participate in peer review to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of outputs

  • Manage timelines effectively while communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

Highly Desired

  • Experience with additional analytical or automation tools (Python, R, SAS, Alteryx, etc.)

  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools that enhance analytics and productivity

  • Background in healthcare analytics, claims analysis, or appeals/dispute resolution

  • Knowledge of healthcare finance and cost analysis methodologies
