LHH has partnered with a great firm who is seeking a smart, enthusiastic individual with strong communication and empathy skills to join their growing team as a Legal Intake Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, can connect with people quickly, and has the ability to guide potential clients through the intake process with professionalism and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speak with potential clients to understand their situation and determine if their case aligns with our services.

  • Schedule consultations for qualified leads and maintain organized calendars for attorneys.

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring accurate data entry and document handling.

  • Partner with marketing to support outreach efforts and build referral relationships.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as research, transcription, and email correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Enjoys phone-based communication and excels at building rapport.

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or emergency dispatch is a plus.

  • Demonstrates empathy, active listening, and professionalism.

  • Familiarity with CRM or legal case management systems is helpful.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Legal or personal injury knowledge is beneficial but not required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
