Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm to identify an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and support the overall efficiency of the firm. This role is responsible for managing administrative functions, supervising non-attorney staff, supporting HR processes, coordinating financial operations, and ensuring the office runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support all non-attorney staff, ensuring appropriate coverage and smooth daily operations
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training for administrative staff, while assisting with attorney recruiting efforts as needed
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, PTO tracking, benefits administration, and personnel records
- Maintain and enforce office policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations
- Oversee monthly billing processes, client invoicing, payment posting, payroll coordination, and accounts receivable support
- Assist with benefits-related payroll updates, retirement plan administration, and coordination with third-party vendors
- Coordinate office operations including facilities management, office supplies, records retention, and file closing procedures
- Manage vendor relationships for IT support, building maintenance, phone systems, insurance renewals, and other office services
- Plan and coordinate internal events, staff functions, and firm-wide administrative initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of office management, operations, or administrative leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, legal billing, and office financial processes
- Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with MyCase or similar legal case management software is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment
