- Draft and edit legal documents and handle state and federal court filings
- Manage scheduling for depositions, court dates, case deadlines, conferences, and client meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, assist with time entries, and prepare expense reimbursements
- Maintain and manage file systems and calendars
- Address and manage communications with clients, co-workers, and third parties as required
- Must have at least three years of experience in civil litigation.
- Experienced with calendaring, scheduling, managing templates, tracking invoices, and assisting with subpoena productions.
- Proficient in digital filing, case management, and docketing.
- Familiarity with state and federal filing procedures in Oregon.
- Experience in Personal Injury or Insurance Defense is preferred.
