Position Overview
LHH is working with a great firm who is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team! This role supports high-profile litigation matters and requires a strong background in legal administrative processes, case management, and calendaring.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support for complex litigation cases
Manage eFiling across state and federal courts
Maintain and organize case files and legal documents using document management systems
Handle heavy calendar management, including scheduling hearings, depositions, and deadlines
Assist with trial preparation, including assembling trial binders and coordinating logistics
Communicate effectively with attorneys, court personnel, and clients
Ability to jump on projects where needed and be a team player
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant, preferably in high-profile cases
Proficiency in eFiling procedures and court rules
Strong case management, docketing and organizational skills
Experience with calendar management tools and legal scheduling
Trial experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Details:
Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
