LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization in Portland, OR to identify an experienced Office Manager to support daily business operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient workplace. This role will oversee administrative functions, coordinate office activities, and provide operational support to leadership and internal teams.

Location: Portland, OR
Duration: Temporary
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Compensation: $25–$35 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure an organized and productive work environment
  • Manage administrative processes, office supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, visitors, and external partners
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and office events as needed
  • Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and operational projects
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and general HR or payroll coordination
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and records
  • Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and workflow processes
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or Senior Administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience supporting office operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams


Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
