Payroll Specialist

Compensation: Up to $80,000/year

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Remote (Must reside in Oregon)

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing organization. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in payroll processing and tax compliance. Below are more details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for multi-state employees using Paycom

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll tax filings and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

  • Handle payroll reconciliations, garnishments, and benefit deductions

  • Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience

  • Proficiency in Paycom payroll software

  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Must be located in Oregon



Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
