Location: Portland, OR
Duration: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base salary (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of commercial and residential buildings
- Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to onsite property management teams
- Support financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
- Act as a key liaison between ownership groups, tenants/residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Implement operational initiatives to improve asset performance, occupancy, and tenant/resident satisfaction
- Manage vendor partnerships, maintenance programs, and service contracts
- Utilize property or asset management systems for reporting, tracking, and operational oversight
- Experience in property management, real estate operations, or asset management across commercial and/or residential properties
- Experience supporting multi-site or portfolio operations preferred
- Leadership or team supervision experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of property financials, operating budgets, and performance metrics
- Experience with property management platforms such as AppFolio, Yardi, or similar systems preferred
- Relevant licenses or certifications welcomed but not required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
