LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established organization to identify an experienced Property Management Professional to join their growing team. This role will support oversight of a diverse portfolio across commercial and residential properties, provide leadership to onsite teams, and help drive strong operational and financial performance across assigned assets.

Location: Portland, OR
Duration: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base salary (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of commercial and residential buildings
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to onsite property management teams
  • Support financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and performance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
  • Act as a key liaison between ownership groups, tenants/residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Implement operational initiatives to improve asset performance, occupancy, and tenant/resident satisfaction
  • Manage vendor partnerships, maintenance programs, and service contracts
  • Utilize property or asset management systems for reporting, tracking, and operational oversight
Qualifications
  • Experience in property management, real estate operations, or asset management across commercial and/or residential properties
  • Experience supporting multi-site or portfolio operations preferred
  • Leadership or team supervision experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of property financials, operating budgets, and performance metrics
  • Experience with property management platforms such as AppFolio, Yardi, or similar systems preferred
  • Relevant licenses or certifications welcomed but not required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
