LHH is partnering with a dynamic, values-led, privately held organization in the Portland metro area to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in shaping and elevating their corporate recruiting strategy. This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity where you’ll lead executive-level searches, enhance sourcing strategy, mentor a recruiter, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive impactful hiring decisions.
This is a hybrid position based in Portland, OR. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a targeted base salary range of $90,000–$110,000, plus comprehensive benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact, non-operations roles across the organization
Drive senior-level hiring efforts, including Director and VP searches, with exposure to executive recruitment initiatives
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including market mapping and targeted outreach, to build strong talent pipelines
Serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, aligning talent initiatives with evolving business needs
Coach and support a recruiter, helping to elevate team performance and recruiting effectiveness
Partner cross-functionally to enhance and promote the organization’s employer brand
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruiting processes for greater efficiency and quality
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with a thoughtful, high-touch approach from intake through offer
Partner on workforce planning initiatives tied to growth, change, and organizational priorities
Contribute to early-career and internship recruiting efforts as the business continues to grow
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with strong ownership of corporate recruiting
Proven experience recruiting across professional functions such as Finance, HR/People, Technology, Commercial, or similar areas
Track record of successfully closing senior-level talent, including Director-level and above
Expertise in direct sourcing and building engaged talent pipelines and communities
Confidence in influencing and advising leadership throughout the hiring process
Experience mentoring or developing other recruiters
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and using recruiting data to drive decisions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
A collaborative, consultative mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
