About the Role
LHH is partnering with a dynamic and customer-focused organization to hire a Client Engagement & Billing Specialist. This position plays a key role in supporting client relationships and internal operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong customer service mindset and a foundational understanding of accounting processes. You’ll be the go-to contact for client inquiries, service updates, and account support, while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries regarding service agreements, pricing, inventory, and procedural questions
Assist with client audits and reporting requests
Proactively engage with assigned accounts to promote additional services and strengthen relationships
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system
Support billing and account reconciliation efforts
Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve service issues and ensure client satisfaction
Generate and manage service tickets and client communications
Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and documentation
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic accounting principles
Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
