About the Role

LHH is partnering with a dynamic and customer-focused organization to hire a Client Engagement & Billing Specialist. This position plays a key role in supporting client relationships and internal operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong customer service mindset and a foundational understanding of accounting processes. You’ll be the go-to contact for client inquiries, service updates, and account support, while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding service agreements, pricing, inventory, and procedural questions

  • Assist with client audits and reporting requests

  • Proactively engage with assigned accounts to promote additional services and strengthen relationships

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system

  • Support billing and account reconciliation efforts

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve service issues and ensure client satisfaction

  • Generate and manage service tickets and client communications

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic accounting principles

  • Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
