Key Responsibilities:
Provide product and service information - business to business customer service.
Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, determining the cause, and offering effective solutions.
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
2+ years of recent experience in a similar role.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficient in documentation and data entry.
Comfortable handling phone inquiries and multitasking.
Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
