We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation team in Raleigh, NC. This role provides critical support on business and commercial litigation matters, including drafting, discovery, filings, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and thrives in both independent and team environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents

• Assist with discovery, including document review, preparation, and production

• Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain calendars for multiple matters

• Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and witness packets

• Communicate with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel

• Coordinate filings with federal and state courts

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience (business or commercial litigation preferred)

• Strong knowledge of North Carolina civil litigation procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with legal research, case management software, and e-filing systems

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule
