HYBRID - Communications Specialist 2 Needed! (3 days Onsite)


LHH has a client located in Redmond, WA who needs a HYBRID Communications Specialist 2 on a contract opportunity.

Brief Overview:


Our client recently acquired a gaming company – their primary focus is to sort through the integration process.


With the integration process they are starting to establish processes/procedures and incorporate a go-forward plan. They will need help with documentation and support in this role.


Looking for someone who has the desire to have support for additional comms efforts such as storytelling (taking this from data sets), creating presentations, creating some story around the vision/plan forward.


Work Breakdown:


E-mail work – crafting responses to look through FAQs and create templates / responses to find some long-term solutions.


Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:

  • 10% meetings
  • 20% responding to emails
  • 70% creating documents / doing independent work


Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Communications Specialist 2.


In this role, you will work closely with the Real Estate and Workplace Leader to improve operational efficiency through process documentation, creating impactful communications, and collaborating to craft customer-focused and leadership-aligned materials.


The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills, capable of delivering high-quality outputs while adapting to evolving priorities and team needs. Job Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and templatized responses for frequently asked questions

  • Maintain current and accurate data sets to clearly communicate project status updates
  • Produce polished deliverables including PowerPoint decks, process flow charts, Excel spreadsheets, and email templates and responses
  • Forecast and track trends by analyzing raw data, providing insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Elevate the communication style of the team to craft higher-impact content, adjusting outputs based on evolving needs and feedback from leadership
  • Respond to customer-facing emails, delivering excellent customer service and presenting complex messages in a clear, empathetic, and compelling manner
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and creative dissemination of data and information through effective storytelling
Skills:


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to align with leadership

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deliver difficult messages with tact
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving processes and outputs
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and unwavering discretion
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Visio
Experience Required:


• Minimum of 2 -4 years of professional experience in a similar role

  • Demonstrated experience creating high-quality reports, presentations, and templates
  • Experience analyzing data to provide actionable insights
  • Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and feedback
  • Experience in corporate real estate and workplace operations is highly desirable


Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:


- 1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (2+ YOE)

  • 2. Experience in written communication / documentation job history (2+ YOE)
  • 3. Various types of communication creation history (2+ YOE)
