LHH has a client based out of Redmond, WA who needs a REMOTE Program Manager (Non Tech 3) on a contract opportunity!


This is fantastic chance to work with a well-known technology company to advance your career. (Extension up to 18 months for this role.)


Brief Overview:


The Creative Studio team drives thought leadership for Client’s Research, elevates and sustains our research community’s reputation, and works to infuse research with creativity through world-class visual design and artistic collaboration.


We are a team of writers, editors, designers and producers that creates a wide range of impactful content that showcases the groundbreaking research happening with our client: blogs, podcasts, briefing books, videos, graphics, and interactive experiences.

To help support our ambitious vision, we are seeking a creative and proactive program manager who can support our team by driving the development of new video content programs and operating our social media channels.


Provide project management support for Creative Studio video projects, in partnership with our media production team


• • Manage operation of Client’s Research social channels - posting, community engagement, analytics


• • Suggest creative social strategies to support Creative Studio content


• • Manage execution of the Creative Studios paid media program


• • Participate in brainstorming and contribute content and program ideas to support the Creative Studios broader initiatives


Candidate Requirements:


• 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.


• NO degree is required to be eligible for this role. Experience is Key

  • The ideal resume would contain experience with social media plans. Highly collaborative team player candidate. This team creates a high volume of content, need someone creative, flexible, curious, team player - passionate for developing and executing social strategies.


• Performance will be assessed based on how they meet deadlines and quality of work, team feedback.


Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:


1. Minimum 5 years experience with developing and executing a social media plan/program


2. Minimum 5 years experience being fluent in social media - knowing all the platforms and how to navigate them as a social media manger


3. Minimum 5 years experience with familiarity/experience with video editing as part of a media team


Job Summary:


The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project. Job Responsibilities:


• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Skills:


• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience required.
