LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our client in Redwood City, CA. This direct hire opportunity offers a hybrid work environment.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, budgeting, and long-range plans. This role will prepare financial reports, assist with monthly and quarterly close processes, and develop financial models. The ideal applicant will have 5+ years of experience, and advanced financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities:

· Provide financial analysis to support decision-making

· Manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans

· Develop financial models and scenario analysis

· Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes

· Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

· Develop dashboards and KPIs

· Drive process improvements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Minimum 5 years of FP&A and Accounting experience

· Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Thorough understanding of R&D processes, clinical trial budgeting, and cost drivers

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
