Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Renton, WA
Schedule: Full-time, fully onsite
Duration: 2-month contract
We are seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy recruiting team on a short-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on recruiting experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You’ll Do
Support full-cycle recruiting activities for entry-level and professional roles
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and candidate coordination
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition team
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (internships welcome)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working fully onsite and collaborating with a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
