Location: Renton, WA (Fully Onsite)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Renton, WA. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone passionate about supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Accurately process and verify I-9 documentation and employment eligibility
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations
- Support HR team with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of HR-related tasks
- Assist with benefits inquiries, payroll updates, and other employee support functions
- Prior HR experience is required, especially in onboarding, terminations, and I-9 processing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus
Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
