Position: HRIS Analyst – UKG Pro (Payroll & Compliance)
Location: Kent, WA
Duration: Contract to Hire
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst with hands-on experience in UKG Pro to support payroll operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, particularly California wage and hour laws. This role will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to enhance system functionality, resolve discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the UKG Pro subject matter expert for configuration, reporting, and issue resolution.
Maintain and optimize payroll-related system processes, including overtime, holiday pay, and accruals.
Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, including overpayments and underpayments.
Develop and implement proactive auditing procedures to ensure payroll accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams and UKG support to address system issues and enhancements.
Generate and analyze reports to support compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of HRIS or Payroll Systems Analyst experience with direct UKG Pro (UltiPro) expertise.
Strong knowledge of California wage and hour regulations.
Proven ability to resolve payroll issues and optimize system processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Pay Details: $38.00 to $41.00 per hour
