Non‑Clinical Healthcare Recruiter (Contract – 3 Months)

Location: Renton, WA (Onsite)

Full time: Yes

We are seeking an experienced Non‑Clinical Healthcare Recruiter for a 3‑month contract assignment supporting hiring across business, administrative, and operational functions within a healthcare environment. This role will manage high‑volume requisitions and partner closely with hiring managers to meet time‑sensitive staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for non‑clinical healthcare roles, including administrative, revenue cycle, operations, and support positions

  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake calls, align on priorities, and manage requisition workflow

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn

  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support offer processes

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hiring requirements

  • Support hiring surges, backfills, and short‑term staffing initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of non‑clinical healthcare recruiting experience

  • Experience recruiting for roles such as patient access, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, admin support, or corporate healthcare functions

  • Strong understanding of healthcare hiring workflows and urgency‑driven staffing

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work onsite or hybrid in Renton, WA for the duration of the contract

Assignment Details

  • Duration: 3‑month contract

  • Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours/week)

  • Location: Renton, WA



Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per day
