Job Title: HR Recruiter (Contract) Location: Renton, WA Duration: 4 Months LHH is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our client’s non-profit organization on a 4-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for non-profit work. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Qualified candidates must have experience from a non-profit organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for non-profit work and community service.
