Job Title: Non-Profit Administrative Assistant (Contract) Location: Renton, WA Duration: 3 Months
LHH is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client’s non-profit organization on a 3-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will support our team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and events.
Maintain and update records and databases.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for non-profit work and community service.
