LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading construction company in Richmond, VA, to find a highly organized and adaptable Project Coordinator. This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for an administrative professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working within a blue-collar setting. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to transition into a permanent position.

What You’ll Do:


As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting project operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include:



  • Managing billing processes and maintaining accurate project records.


  • Arranging equipment rentals and coordinating pick-ups.


  • Handling warranties and maintaining documentation.


  • Assisting with light accounting tasks.


  • Providing general administrative support to ensure seamless project execution.

What We’re Looking For:



  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.


  • Previous administrative or project coordination experience (construction industry experience is a plus, but not required).


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with accounting software is a bonus.


  • A positive, adaptable attitude and a willingness to work in a blue-collar environment.


  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Schedule: Full-time


  • Pay Rate: $22–$26 per hour (DOE)


  • Employment Type: Temp-to-hire with potential for permanent placement
