HRIS Analyst – Direct Hire
Hybrid | Richmond, VA
LHH is supporting a direct‑hire search for an HRIS Analyst to join a growing organization in a hybrid capacity in Richmond, VA.
Configure and maintain Workday HRIS modules
Support bi‑annual system releases through planning, configuration, testing, documentation, and communication of updates
Assist with role‑based security, security groups, and system access controls
Support integrations, including data mapping, legacy system extraction, inbound EIB uploads, and onboarding of acquired teams
Execute large‑scale data changes such as reorganizations and mass transfers using EIBs
Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, worklets, and hubs
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
Perform regular audits and data validations to ensure system accuracy and integrity
Partner with internal teams and external consultants on system enhancements and process improvements
Provide user support within a shared services environment, including guidance and training as needed
Daily use of advanced Excel functions
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
