HRIS Analyst – Direct Hire
Hybrid | Richmond, VA

LHH is supporting a direct‑hire search for an HRIS Analyst to join a growing organization in a hybrid capacity in Richmond, VA.

  • Configure and maintain Workday HRIS modules

  • Support bi‑annual system releases through planning, configuration, testing, documentation, and communication of updates

  • Assist with role‑based security, security groups, and system access controls

  • Support integrations, including data mapping, legacy system extraction, inbound EIB uploads, and onboarding of acquired teams

  • Execute large‑scale data changes such as reorganizations and mass transfers using EIBs

  • Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, worklets, and hubs

  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner

  • Perform regular audits and data validations to ensure system accuracy and integrity

  • Partner with internal teams and external consultants on system enhancements and process improvements

  • Provide user support within a shared services environment, including guidance and training as needed

  • Daily use of advanced Excel functions



Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
