LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Office Coordinator for a potential contract-to-hire opportunity, working in an office, in Richmond, Virginia.
This position sits at the front desk and supports various teams. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Contract Pay: $23 to $27 an hour
Key Responsibilities
Front Office
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
Create a professional, welcoming experience for clients, vendors, and guests
Manage incoming calls and inquiries with discretion
Maintain a clean, organized office office
Project & Office Coordination
Manage calendars, meetings, and conference room logistics
Coordinate office technology, facilities, and building maintenance with vendors
Track office-related projects and follow up to completion
Support company events, including logistics and vendor coordination
Maintain system access, security permissions, and office records
